Look at the min and max bound values for each image in your config file -
they are set to default and stacked on top of each other. 

- <Bounds>
  <MinX>-10000000</MinX> 
  <MinY>-10000000</MinY> 
  <MaxX>10000000</MaxX> 
  <MaxY>10000000</MaxY> 
  </Bounds>

Change theses values and try again.
