Why not connect directly to Oracle - just expose the PORT through the
FIREWALL to the IP of your MapGuide Server?  I do this all the time.  Expose
Post 1521 to your MapGuide Server and you can directly connect to Oracle
using FDO (http://www.sl-king.com/fdooracle/download/download.html)
