I have quite a few clients using DWF in MapGuide and I have never seen the
text rotation issue you are describing.

Do you have another version of MG running or just IMS 2012? If so, did it
work on previous MG version?

Don't uninstall Map 2010 until you've tested out 2012....

I have seen issues with DWF location in MG but never when they come out of
Map. Are you using Model space or paper space?
