QuickPlot is not implemented and still has a lot to work out.  

Especially in the AJAX side of things.  

For example, if you try to plot a PORTRAIT map, the JX.DIALOG dips below the
mapframe and you can not see the buttons - the JX.DIALOG is not resizable or
movable.  

I would implement this at the mainframe rather than the mapframe, but that
is up to the quickplot developers.
