The "The value cannot be less than or equal to zero" error is a nonsense
error generally caused by the Map Definition not being visible in the
current viewport.

You said you converted your Map Definition to PseudoMercator. Did you also
manually convert the extent coordinates? Maestro cannot transform extents to
PseudoMercator coordinates, and thus manual conversion is required.
