Hi Jackie,

Thanks for your reply. I'm confirming localization changes kick in when
the web server is restarted. This may be a very unwelcome thing to do
though when running multiple websites on the web server. I found that
just stopping and starting the default application pool MapGuideAppPool
does also do the trick. However, this won't work with IIS v5.0 because
it doesn't have application pools.
