[mapguide-users] RE: Points from Sql/ODBC data source not showing

OK, I have made some progress.  Based on Martin's suggestion I tried viewing
a layer from a ArcIMS spatial GeoDatabase, and with quite a bit of dinking
around I got it to work.  Still, even though I could preview the layer in
the map and layout tabs I wasn't able to see it in the layer tab preview
mode.  I was also able to see this layer in the browswer window.  Encouraged
I tried again with my non-spatial dataset but alas no such luck for that
layer.  This should not be rocket science, I mean we are talking fairly
straight forward GIS technology, and I am pretty sure Mapguide 6.5 had this
capability.  Hmmm, there is a thought. . .
