Did you reference the ExtendedObjectModels assembly and call
ModelSetup.Initialize() ?

Classes for resource versions > 1.0.0 are defined in external assemblies,
which the ExtendedObjectModels assembly and the above call will
automatically help pull in.

Otherwise, such resources will be returned as an UntypedResource, which is
just an arbitrary container of XML content.
