[mapguide-users] Missing button under Baselayer groups in Maestro 4

Hi,
Maestro 4 is missing a button under base layer groups in Maestro. That is to
convert the group back to normal layer group. 

Ive attached an image of Maestro 4.0 og Maestro 2.1.
