[mapguide-users] I can't modify the en.json file

To rebuild fusionSF-compressed.js to incorporate the new en.json, grab the
Fusion build tools here
(http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/Release/2.4.1/Notes) and follow the
instructions in the release notes.

fusionSF-compressed.js and fusionSF.js should never be edited by hand
directly.
