Hi All, this fix 
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/2109/
is great if you are using the Basic Web Layout with IE 10.

Replace the "browserdetect.js"
in the folder C:\Program Files\OSGEO\MapGuide\Web\www\viewerfiles\

And your map will appear in Internet Explorer 10 with MGOS 2.4 or AIMS 2013.
