Still working on it.  Getting DLL errors with GEOS.dll

Each of the gdal plugins are looking for something in the geos.dll that is
not there I guess.

ERROR 1: Can't load requested DLL: C:\Program
Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Server\bin\gdalplugins\gdal_BAG.dll
127: The specified procedure could not be found.

This occurs for all plugins in the plugins folder.
