[mapguide-users] How to use ActivityIndicator fusion widget

You need a dom element (eg. div) in your template with an id that the
ActivityIndicator widget can mount to as indicated by its ElementId
extension property.

To my knowledge, none of the 5 templates provide such an element, so you'll
have to edit the template to put this element in.
