[mapguide-users] Post 3.1.1 release patches

Hi All,

I've added a new patches section for the MapGuide Open Source 3.1.1 that
includes the following patches:

 1. A new distribution of Fusion that includes a fix for
Array.prototype.find that will work against the current iteration of the
Google Maps API.

 2. A copy of the King Oracle FDO provider built against the Oracle 12c
instant client SDK. You only need this copy of the King Oracle FDO provider
if you need Oracle 12c support (the bundled copy is built against the 11g
client SDK). These providers have not been fully tested against Oracle 12c.
Please report any feedback or issues regarding 12c support.
