 <br /> Hi all,<br /> <br /> I need to create a point on the map at runtime. something like the Redlining in mapguide 6.5 . <br />In any  two ways either the user enters a the lat /long  OR the user clicks on the map and the point is generated on the map. i need to then save this point to the layer or dbf whatevr is possible. <br /><br />Has somebody already done this before?<br />i would be really grateful if someone could atleast get me started with this.<br /><br />-regards<br />Shailesh<br /><br /><br />
