There is a HUGE performance difference between the rdbms drivers in MGOS 1.0.1
and 1.0.2, and I'm pretty sure that you'll see the same benefit if you upgrade
your Map 3D to SP3 (read about the performance improvements in the SP readme)
and your MapGuide Enterprise to SP1... when it's released. It gets more
Q/A than the open source release, which is a large part of what you're paying

Haris has noted that it has made a big difference for the open source
King.Oracle provider.<br>

Hello Jason,<br>
<br>
Sorry, I forget to post my configuration:<br>
<br>
- SQL Server 2005 + Autodesk Map 3D 2007 SP3 + MGE and java viewer<br>
- Mysql 5.0 + Autodesk Map 3D 2007 SP3 + MGOS 1.0.2 and the latest mysql<br>
fdo provider (I think R071...).<br>
<br>
In both cases, the performance is bad in comparison with sdf based layers.<br>
<br>
Thanks.<br>
