the original issue was raised (and I believe enterered in Project Tracker)
almost a year ago when both I and Juan Butler had the problem. We,
including a couple of the Autodesk developers, were able to readily replicate it
and only happens when referencing images in the tooltip. Other HTML
elements appear to be OK, except for the case that Scott noted below. I've
tried it without the image and with a pile of other HTML, and those instances
worked fine.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

before with non-image HTML in the tooltip. I played with it for awhile on
my end and could not replicate that using HTML <table> elements. It
may have to do with the speed of the data retrieval through FDO during the
individual <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">AJAX</st1:place></st1:City>
call backs. If it is slow enough to respond, I could see where the
behavior may be similar to what I'm seeing with
images.</SPAN></FONT><o:p></o:p></P>

flickering tooltip on IE without referencing an image. In my case, I was trying
to display a two-column <table> element with a few rows, displaying a set
of property/value pairs for the selected object. On Firefox it works great, on
IE the tooltip flashes continuously. Have you seen this

more like a year) ago. When images are referenced in the tooltip for a
layer, the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">AJAX</st1:City></st1:place>
viewer with Internet Explorer can yield some very odd results. If it takes
too long for the image to be returned, say more than 4 or 5 seconds, it's like
it tries to call the image again and then this causes a loop which makes the
tooltip to appear to blink. For an example that I just ran into, see
