I found the problem. I think this should be included in the next
release. <br>
There are 3 places were Frames or IFrames are used with out a 'SRC'
element<br>
ajaxmappane.templ - InitContextMenu() and InitToolbarFlyouts() <br>
framesettaskbar.templ - <frame name="scriptFrame <br>
framesetnotaskbar.templ - <frame name="scriptFrame<br>
<br>
Without the src element, using https IE shows the following message <br>
This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.<br>
More info on the message can be found here:<br>

Out of the box, MGOS does not support SSL with Apache/Tomcat. The
httpd files need to be modified to add the SSL configuration.<br>
I have done this, but using IE 6 I get the msg saying This page has
both Secure and Unsecure data, even though I am going through Apache
with the SSL certificate.<br>
Going through the code I think it has to do with how the templates are
coded and how each access the different frames.<br>
Anyone else try to get SSL working with MGOS and get it to work with IE
6 where it doesnt show the popup saying Both Secure and non secure data
exist do you wish to show the unsecure data?<br>
Again any help or insight is appreciated.<br>

<pre wrap="">Hi Scott Reisdorf,
Why are you woring about configuration of httpd.conf and ssl.conf ? During
WebServerExtension, If you will chose Bundled Configuration then it will
configured every thing Automatically. Try to install MapGuide version 1.1.0.

<pre wrap="">Anyone successfully get Mapguide with Apache/Tomcat and SSL configured?
If so do you think you can post some sample httpd.conf and ssl.conf
configurations you used to get it up and running. I am having a tough
time getting the Tomcat and Apache configured to use SSL while
connecting to the Mapguide Repo.
Thanks,
Scott Reisdorf
