Oh, my fault. It takes the two coorner coordinates, not a center
coordinate.<br>
<br>
You must enter correct coordinates in the "lower left" and "upper
right" boxes.<br>
You must also select the correct coordinate system.<br>
<br>
When you create a new layer, you must select a datasource. <br>
After selecting the data source, the names of the tables in the
datasource should display in the combo box "Feature class".<br>
You can select the desired table here.<br>
You can select the column containing the geometry in the combobox
"Geometry".<br>

tables are considered schema's within the datasource.
You should be able to see all the tables, when you are creating the layer.
When working with databases, I would recommend not using any non-english
charaters, even though the database supports it. Many third-party
applications break when they encounter such characters.
Did you enter the center coordinate on the map?
Try looking at the MapGuide log files. They should be in
C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\Server\Logs
There might be a message if something went wrong.

Hi All,
I have successfully established connection of MySQL 5.0 Database and
mapguide 1.1.0 with the help of Autodesk MapGuide Studio 2007 but when
creating Layer using this data source then layer is not showing in
autodesk
Layer Preview window, I think this is happning due to cordinate
system,
If i
am right then where is option of providing cordinate system of MySQL
data
source ? If i am wrong then please give me idea, How to solve this
problem ?
