Yes, I needed the libpqdll.lib file.<br>

I couldn't find an official working PostGIS library, so I took on of a
forum, it might be an old version.
Do you have two folders in your postgis installation that is called:
"Include" and "Interfaces" ?
If so, can you zip them and email them to me?
