I don't know if it is possible to filter the tooltips at design time.<br>
However, in ajaxmappane.templ you can find this code:<br>

for tooltip's (seat number). Tooltip Works perfectly but when I move
mouse over
any other objects tooltip get's on but with two empty lines of text.<o:p></o:p></p>
