However, when I double click on the file, the path indicates this:

to load the sheboygan file without success. I have changed the file name
from sheboygan.zip to sheboygan.mgp and put it into the folder
C:\program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\Server\Packages but still when
I go to MapGuide Site Administrator and click on Manage packages, "No
