No, Instant Client is not necessary if you use Oracle 10g client.<br>
In this case you have to download King Provider for <a

Windows 32-bit provider for Oracle 10.2 Client</a></span> </a>and not
for Instant Client.<br>

You can also check which files are missing or wrong , using "Dependency

With Dependency W. open KingProvider.dll.
