Libpq is the&nbsp; PostGreSQL connection Dll, I am not sure how you get it
without installing PostGreSQL on your machine.<br>

MSVCR80.dll is the Microsoft Visual C runtime:<br>

It sounds like a required Dll is missing.<br>

Try using Dependency Walker:<br>

    <br>
With Depency Walker, open the file:<br>
C:\Program
Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\Server\Bin\FDO\PostGISProvider.dll<br>

It should tell you what dll's are missing.<br>
