Quick guess: you are missing libpq.dll.<br>

FDO Toolbox is a windows application to process, create and manage
geospatial data.<br>

It is written in C# and uses the Feature Data Objects (FDO) API. <br>

You will need to have the following installed:<br>

- .net Framework 2.0 or later<br>
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 runtime library <br>

FDO Toolbox is hosted on Google code: <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://code.google.com/p/fdotoolbox" target="_blank">http://code.google.com/p/fdotoolbox</a><br>
<br>
Binaries and source (via subversion) are available and licensed under
the GNU Lesser GPL license.<br>
