You won't be able to use that link because the session expires after
some time.<br>
When you save the Fusion Application, there should be a textbox in the
middle with a shorter link you can use.<br>
(Next to the "Show in browser" button).<br>
I don't think you can get it shorter than that, but you can use
something like tinyurl:<br>
