I have an error in the log file: Out of memory - bad allocation. I know

this is a know issue and a recommanded way to bypass this error is to

decrease the "Data connection timeout" in the feature service (28800 by

default).

Questions: Since the session time out is 1200 sec., why<font

 color="#990000"> </font>is the default value in feature service so

high? What's the implication to decrease the Data connection timeout to

3600 sec, for example ?
