If you use the Dependency Walker on the dll's on the old machine, you
can see what files it references.<br>
You can then guess what you need to install, by looking at folder names
for referenced dll files.<br>

I'm no Oracle expert, so I can only say that I usually install an
"instant client" on the machine,<br>
and it works after that.<br>
