This is the Maestro user guide, and the only one I know of:<br>

To add manually:<br>
When you add the file, choose the "All files" in the file type.<br>
Then mark all the files that are related to the shp, and click OK.<br>
After you are done all the files should be uploaded.<br>
Select the .shp file and click the star button.<br>

The Maestro UI was not really helpfull there, so I changed it.
You can either use your current version of Maestro, and add the files
manually,
or use the newest preview version and it will ask you if you want it
done automatically.
