I'm guessing you downloaded the file with internet explorer,<br>
and have disabled showing known file extensions in windows.<br>
<br>
So the file is actually named "Sheboygan.mgp.zip", and it<br>
must be "Sheboygan.mgp". If it appears to have the<br>
correct name, make sure that windows displays known<br>
file extensions.<br>
