When you right click and choose "New Resource", it will remember the folder<br>
you right click and pass that on to the resource editor as a suggested<br>
starting point when you save the resource. If you create a new resource<br>
right-clicking Library://Foo/Bar/, when you save it will prompt starting<br>
from Library://Foo/Bar<br>
