I have a GDAL Raster-Layer. If I set Layer <MaxScale> to any value e.g. 8000<br>
in the Legend the checkbox of this Layer is active if the scale is higher<br>
than 8000. If the scale is lower than 8000 the checkbox is inactive, but<br>
that should be the other way around. The Layer visibility is right ok.<br>

In WebLayout the Legend is´also ok, it's only a problem in Fusion.<br>
