<div>If I was in your situation and couldn't even get that far, I'd delete the resource using the mapagent directly which can be accessed from
<a href="http://YourDomain/mapguide/mapagent/index.html">http://YourDomain/mapguide/mapagent/index.html</a>.<br>

Click the Resource link and the DeleteResource. In Resource ID enter the path the resource and click Submit. I've messed up resources to the point where I couldn't even view them before and this has always deleted them when nothing else could.</div>
