Server 2003 with IIS 6.0. I followed every step in the downloadable pdf document
and nothing works. All of the pages it tells you to test at the end of the
document do not work. Can anyone help? I’m not sure what other details
to provide. I used the phpisapi.dll and also set up fastcgi. Could that be
