server call the same stylization engine to draw point symbols (and lines,
polygons and labels). Your new Studio is using the improved version of the
stylization engine, while your server must be using the old version. If
you installed the server some time ago, this makes sense. If you build the
server from the current code base (or install the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Enterprise</st1:City></st1:place> release), it will provide the

seeing known defects in the preview release, and there is no workaround for them
at this time. Numerous improvements have been made to point style
rendering since the preview release. I just tested these cases using the
upcoming release and non-default reference points, rotations, and png
