<DIV>Well I checked everything and found all in order, so re-booted the server "again" and now Oracle is working, did not change a thing. So guess it just needed and extra KICK to get things moving. Thanks for all your suggestions, I am sure I will be asking for more help again.</DIV>

<DIV>I keep getting this error of being unable to connect to Oracle when I try to establish a connection with Studio.</DIV>
