"Doesn't work" is not a precise error description. Can you post some  
error messages?

There isn't error, only that didn't get anything. Client (browser) waits
response and never comes.

Try to comment out the attribution lines in service.yaml.

If I comment attribution lines, mapproxy doesn't starts. DOS window
appears plenty of error messages.
