[MapProxy] GetCapabilities request produces read data timeout in 40 seconds

one of my source WMS (with Legend) was not responding, disabling this
server in the mapproxy.yaml solved the GetCapabilities issue.
The key grid thing was a typo in the grids definition... everything
seems to run fine now.
