Hi Dominik,

Thanks for the quick reply. Could you give me some advice how I add google maps as a source in the configuration? Do you know if caching and reprojecting is allowed from google? I found this quote in the license agreement: "... you must not ... 10.3. pre-fetch, cache, or store any Content, except that you may store limited amounts of Content for the purpose of improving the performance of your Maps API Implementation if you do so temporarily, securely, and in a manner that does not permit use of the Content outside of the Service;" which in my opionion says I could cache it but I have to make sure that I can only access the cached data from my website. Do you have any experience with this?

Best regards
Max

I´d like to know if it´s possible to reproject the google-Maps data to EPSG:4326 with map-Proxy. It´s not necessary to cache the imagery. We only need to reproject on the fly.

Yes, MapProxy can reproject the Google-Maps data in 4326. But you have to use the cache - without caching it is not possible.

Best Regards,
Dominik
