[MapProxy] Map shift between TMS and WMS

Thanks,

I will compare it with my projection and transformation parameters. What 
still bothers me is that the TMS in 4826 is shifted, while the WMS with 
the same datasource isn't (see the initial test.html). Maybe there's 
something wrong with the grid origin or something else ...
