Ok, the url I was having on the ops capabities with service.url tag is

"http://my-external-url, internal-host/mapconfig/service?"

Where:

- - my-exernal-url is the url of the host exposed out
- - internal-host
- - mapconfig the yaml config

This comma is telling me probably my sys admin is misplacing the header,
ughhh who knows...
