[MapProxy] MapProxy Plugin for QGIS

Hi Kosuke,

Thank you for the report.
easy_install and pip have proxy setting "HTTP_PROXY and --proxy".
So I would like to add the proxy setting menu for plugin and use it in
install.bat .
