[MapProxy] Default TMS grid/projection?

Hi Ian,

as a workaround you could use apaches mod_rewrite. We used this when we changed the grid name in our service but wanted to support both, old and new, for a certain time.

You still have to add a brand in the URL, but you have more flexibility at least.

After playing with `use_grid_names` setting I couldn't get quite what I needed, so I ended up making this change:
