[MapProxy] tms cache problem

Hi,

that’s a bug. I just fixed it with https://github.com/mapproxy/mapproxy/commit/3326a47dc45283570eafd2387764201e52f53bd7

See ‘nightly’ at http://mapproxy.org/download on how to update MapProxy with this fix.
