[MapProxy] New MapProxy 1.15.0 release

Hi,

We just released version 1.15.0 of MapProxy!

You can grab it as usual from https://pypi.org/project/MapProxy/

The release includes two new major features: WMS Dimension caching and a 
mechanism to define plugins in mapproxy,

which enables the creation of custom sources, services and commands.


To upgrade within your virtualenv:

$ pip install --upgrade --no-deps MapProxy

Here are the major changes:

Improvements:

- WMS Dimension caching (#449)
- Add a mechanism to define plugins (#578)
- Support of non-EPSG SRS authorities (#572)
- Support for python 3.10 (#582)
