[geojquery] Current infrastructure

Hi Volker and list,

Setting up a Trac instance on OSGeo should probably not much more than
creating ticket in OSGeo's SAC. I'd be happy to initiate this, but will
wait till you hear back from the jQuery forum.

WRT git: OL3 is being developed on github in order to allow rapid
development. I think that geojquery is in a similar state as OL3: many
big changes will be made, many experimental branches, etc.

We need to learn git one day, why not now? :-)

Regards,

Roald
