If there will be a mainly stable API for OL3 after FOSS4G, I vote OL3.<br>For jQuery and jQuery UI I vote both for "latest stable" as people who will someday use geojquery will have to provide these both as requirements and I don't want them to have to download a trunk version from SVN.<br>

The final target should be OL3, though I think going for latest OL2 will be better till the FOSS4G, I expect OL3 to change heavily.<br>

For jQuery latest stable sounds good, for UI I'm not sure. I've always used trunk, but I'm happy to use latest stable.<br>
