[Mapserver-dev] An idea of implementation (again)

Be sure to read the fine print of the ArcView licence agreememnt before placing this anywhere too public....

Such fine print was authored way back when it became quite apparent one could easily make ArcView into a Internet Mapserver with a simple .dll...
