[Mapserver-dev] Simplifiying API's, yet another idea...

Since we've got pointers from layerObj to the parent mapObj, and could
do the same for classObj etc... We could dramatically simplify the C and
MapScript API's by leveraging those relationships. What do folks think?
Yes, 3.7 is overdue but it's a major release so now might be the
time...
