[Mapserver-dev] MapServer CVS - does it support access via SS H?

CVS over SSH would require that everyone with CVS access have a shell 
account on the server... I doubt that UMN will want to open that up. 
I've always wished that CVS had a real encrypted protocol, that would be 
so much better and make life much easier than CVS over SSH.
